Terms and Condition
This position contain initial refundable training Cost/Fee/Charge of INR 15000 + GST INR 2700/- = INR 17,700 more detail about training cost is mentioned below.
Why Applicant is being charged of INR 17,700 as Training fee/cost/charge?
Company bear a heavy training expenditure in the form of server, subdomain, Trainer
salary, management cost during training period hence to reduce the training expenses loss
company keep training cost for training.
How And When Training Cost Refund To Trainee?
Training cost gets refunded those candidates who come under the situation mentioned
below.
1. If Trainee working hard on task on regular basis but not able to meet the performance parameter of company then training amount will be refunded to the trainee after deduction of GST and training duration + 25 days.
2. If Trainee will not be able to work with clients or corporate partners or not be able to be placed, in such situation
training cost would be refunded after training duration + 25 days.
3. If Trainee suddenly got any critical health issue after/in training period in this situation
training cost would be refunded after training duration + 25 days.
4. If Trainee got rejected by us or client or corporate partner due to performance in this
situation training cost would be refunded after training duration + 25 days.
5. If Company indulges in any financial losses or lack of project flow or any unforeseen
circumstances in this situation training cost would be refunded after training duration + 25
days.
In Which Condition Training Cost Would Not Be Refunded?
Training Cost Would Not Be Refunded Those Who Comes Under Situation Mention Below.
1. If Trainee is Working/Placed with Us/Clients/Corporate Partners.
2. If Trainee leave Position during Training Duration.
3. If Trainee refuse to work continue with clients or us.
4. If Trainee join other organization for higher package after training or in training duration.
5. If candidate do not entertain with clients, corporate partner, our payroll.
